You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
XAI Trading is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
The Scale Plan is billed at $39/month, unless otherwise stated
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
You may cancel anytime via your account settings. No refunds for partial billing cycles.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell XAI Trading’s software or generated content without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt platform operations.
All content, branding, software, and generated assets provided by XAI Trading are owned by XAI Trading or its licensors. You retain ownership of your original designs and prompts.
XAI Trading is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAI Trading is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
XAI Trading may update or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, security, or usability.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
